As my journey with plant remedies continues I am fascinated with the questions that have come up. For instance, can anxiety be caused by allergic reactions in your body? Rather than the other way around?
It's likely a two-way street.. However, I know that if my immune system is depleted and my body is constantly over reacting to invaders it is going to make me feel on edge and reactive too.
Treating my allergies with German chamomile has helped alleviate anxiety that was pulsing in and out of my body.
