A Meditation class for animal lovers.
Meditation helps not only the human but all who come into contact with that human. Most especially our beloved animals. In ancient philosophy, connecting into nature, transforms the bubble of information that surrounds us as humans and helps us to transmute stress, anxiety and negative thought patterns. Thus when we come into contact with those we love we have connection and love to give to them.

Calming the chatter in our minds and grounding ourselves back into our body with breath and bodywork techniques help us to remain connected with our animals no matter the stresses of daily life.
Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and all animals can become stressed and develop behaviour issues when their human is constantly disconnecting - whether in mind chatter, mobile phones, or anxiety. Nicky is an Animal Behaviourist and Therapist who helps humans to communicate and connect even deeper with their animals.
Meditation provides wonderful relief for anxiety, stress, anger, worry and helps to boost self-worth.
This class is for humans only, however there is a therapy dog that attends with us and a dog cuddles section to the class :)
